2. Buyer
The person who purchases the service and gives their name, email and telephone number on the booking form. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details they provide.
3. Subject
This agreement covers the nature, price and performance of the airport transfer service bought electronically through the seller's website, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
The service type, vehicle class, pick-up and drop-off points, date and time, passenger count and any add-ons are set out in the summary shown during booking and sent by email on confirmation. That summary forms an integral part of this agreement.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. The price is shown in the booking summary including VAT, in euro. It is a fixed fare derived from the chosen vehicle class and the distance; bridge and motorway tolls and airport parking are included.
4.2. Payment is taken by debit or credit card through the payment institution iyzico. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the seller, and the transaction is completed with the issuing bank's 3D Secure verification.
4.3. Cards issued by banks outside Türkiye may attract an additional transaction fee or exchange difference from the issuer. Such amounts are not part of the price collected by the seller.
4.4. An invoice is issued within the statutory period under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and sent to the email address given by the buyer.
5. Performance
5.1. No physical goods are delivered. The service is performed by having the assigned vehicle and driver present at the stated pick-up point at the booked date and time, and carrying the buyer to the stated drop-off point.
5.2. A confirmation is emailed to the buyer before the service date, carrying the reference code, route, date, time and vehicle class.
5.3. Where a flight number is given for an airport pick-up, the landing time is monitored and the pick-up time adjusted accordingly.
5.4. Waiting times, delays and force majeure are governed in detail by the Passenger Transport Agreement.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Under article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts covering transport services to be performed on a specific date or period. An airport transfer falls within that exception, so the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this agreement.
6.2. The absence of a withdrawal right does not remove the buyer's right to cancel. Cancellation and refunds are governed by clause 7 below and by the Delivery and Refund Terms.
7. Cancellation and Refund
7.1. A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the transfer time, and the full price is refunded.
7.2. No refund is made for cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the transfer time, or where the passenger is not at the pick-up point at the booked time (no-show).
7.3. Where the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to the seller, it is provided again at no extra charge or the full amount paid is refunded.
7.4. Refund channels and timings are set out in the Delivery and Refund Terms.
8. Disputes
8.1. Complaints may be sent to info@airport-transfer.istanbul or made by telephone on +90 (850) 307 27 17.
8.2. Within the monetary thresholds published annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place of purchase or of their residence.
8.3. This agreement is governed by Turkish law.
9. Entry into Force
The buyer confirms at the booking step that they have read and accepted this agreement, and then authorises payment. The agreement takes effect when payment is approved and ends when the service is performed. It is sent to the email address given by the buyer and retained by the seller.
