A run under 45 km is billed as 45 km, which is where the €49 starting price comes from. Guests who should travel in a VIP class are priced the same way.

How a company books
The same form as any transfer. Four points matter when the traveller is not the person booking.

Book with the traveller's flight
Each trip is booked with the flight number of the person travelling. The form suggests a pickup 45 minutes after landing, and the flight is tracked, so a late landing moves the pickup at no extra cost.

Add the traveller's name
The confirmation email carries a link for the passenger names, up to 60 per booking, so the chauffeur knows who to meet in the arrivals hall.

Put the right phone on it
The driver's name and the plate are sent on WhatsApp to the number on the booking, with any change of plan. Use the number of whoever should receive them.

Billing and one contact
Consolidated billing and a single point of contact are arranged for companies. Write to us with the company's details to arrange them.
Business and VIP classes
Seats, large cases and the fare over Istanbul Airport (IST) → Taksim, a 50 km run. The fare is for the car, however many seats are filled.

The fare is the distance times the class rate, with a 45 km minimum, and the whole car is yours. Nothing is added for tolls, night hours or a public holiday.
