How many passengers fit in one vehicle?

Up to 46, in the coach. The group classes are VIP Mercedes Sprinter Black (12 seats), Mercedes Sprinter / VW Crafter (16 seats), Midibus (26 seats), and Bus (46 seats). Each also has a limit on large cases, which is a separate figure from its seats.

How much does a group transfer from Istanbul Airport cost?

It depends on the distance and the class, and it is one price for the vehicle. Over Istanbul Airport (IST) → Taksim, 50 km, the fares are €110 in the VIP Mercedes Sprinter Black, €77 in the Mercedes Sprinter / VW Crafter, €212 in the Midibus, and €460 in the Bus. Any run shorter than 45 km is billed as 45 km, which makes €69 the lowest fare for a 16-seat Sprinter.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. A Sprinter costs the same half empty as full, so the share per person falls as it fills. Over Istanbul Airport (IST) → Taksim its €77 is about €8 each for 10 people with a case apiece, and about €5 each for 16 travelling without luggage.

Everyone has a suitcase. Does the group still fit?

Check the cases as well as the seats. The Sprinter seats 16 and takes 10 large cases, so a full one with a case each does not fit. The planner on this page shows what does for the common group sizes, and the booking form runs the same check on yours.

We are more than 46. Can you send several vehicles?

Yes. Each vehicle is its own booking with its own fare, so two coaches, or a coach and a Sprinter, cost the sum of the two. For three vehicles or more, message us on WhatsApp with the passenger count, the flights and the addresses and we plan them together.

Our guests land on different flights. How does that work?

Book one transfer per arrival and give each its flight number. Every flight is tracked separately, the pickup follows the real landing time at no extra cost, and waiting at the airport is included. Arrivals at Istanbul Airport (IST) and at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) can be part of the same plan.

Can you run a shuttle between the hotel and the venue?

Yes, as transfers between the two addresses. A run inside the city is billed at the 45 km minimum, €69 per Sprinter each way. If the vehicle should stay with the group between runs, hourly hire fits better and starts at 6 hours.

Do you have child seats for a group?

Yes. A child seat is €10 and a booster €8, added while you book. If the group needs more than the form offers, say so in the notes.

How do we pay, and what if plans change?

Nothing is paid when you book. Our team confirms the booking with you, and the fare is settled with the chauffeur on the day. Cancelling or changing is free up to 24 hours before pickup.

Is there a surcharge at night or on public holidays?

No. The fare comes from the distance and the class alone, so a transfer at four in the morning costs what it costs at noon. The one fixed addition is the €10 bridge and motorway fee on Sabiha Gökçen runs that cross the Bosphorus, and it is already inside the fare you are shown.
