The price belongs to the car rather than the passengers, and it is fixed before you travel: it comes from the distance and the class, so a landing at four in the morning costs what it costs at noon. Over Istanbul Airport (IST) → Taksim, a 50 km run, the VIP Mercedes Maybach is €64, the VIP Mercedes Sprinter Black €110 and the Mercedes S-Class €575. The fleet's cheapest class does the same run for €46, so the difference pays for the vehicle, not for the welcome. A journey under 45 km is billed as 45 km, which is where the €57 starting price comes from.

It is the same in every class we drive. Four things happen between the wheels touching down and the car pulling away.

Give it when you book. The form looks the flight up and suggests a pickup 45 minutes after landing, which allows for passport control and bags.

If the flight lands late, the pickup moves with it at no extra cost. Waiting at the airport is included.

The chauffeur's name and the plate are sent on WhatsApp to the number on the booking, together with any change of plan.

The VIP Mercedes Sprinter Black seats 12 and takes 12 large cases, a case for every seat, so a family landing with suitcases travels in one car. Over Istanbul Airport (IST) → Taksim that is €110 for the vehicle, about €9 each with every seat taken.
Meeting a guest
Book with the guest's flight number, then add their name from the link in the confirmation email so the chauffeur knows who to meet. A bouquet of seasonal flowers from a local florist is €60, added while you book.
Back to the airport
The same classes take you to your flight. Give the flight number and the form plans the pickup so that you reach the terminal 3 hours before an international departure, with the drive on top.

- Yes. Book with their flight number, then add their name from the link in the confirmation email, up to 60 names per booking, so the chauffeur knows who to meet. The driver's details go by WhatsApp to the phone number on the booking.
- Can I add flowers?

- Can a VIP car take a child seat?
- Yes. A child seat is €10 and a booster seat €8, both added while you book.
- Is a VIP transfer dearer at night?
- No. The fare comes from the distance and the class alone, so a landing at four in the morning costs what the same journey costs at noon. The one fixed addition is the €10 bridge and motorway fee on Sabiha Gökçen runs that cross the Bosphorus, already inside the fare you are shown.
- How far ahead do I need to book, and can I cancel?
- At least 45 minutes before pickup, because every booking is dispatched by hand. Cancelling or changing is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
